The Human Side of Change

This workshop deals with the people who must make any organizational change work: the employees and their leaders. It's not about information technology, models of change, or the technical aspects of the work. Rather, it answers the most important question change agents must ask: how can the employees and managers understand, get involved in, and help lead this change?

Specifically, the workshop covers these topics:

  • What questions do people ask when change is announced?
  • What are the major needs employees have during change?
  • What works, and what doesn't, in terms of communications during change?
  • What are the phases people experience during change, and what can leaders do to help people through each phase?
  • What are some effective strategies for dealing with the human element?
  • What tools have proven effective for managing change?

Workshop Length:

The workshop is offered in 1- and 2-day segments. We tailor it to the organization's needs.

Cost for this workshop:

1 day: $3,000 plus expenses.

2 days: $6,000 plus expenses

This is the cost to put on the workshop for groups up to 30, at the client's location.
